The main aim of the project, scheduled to run from 1 January 2024 to the end of 2025, is the integration and professional activation of foreigners through comprehensive counselling and livelihood support.

The project will provide an attractive offer for all foreigners legally residing in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, with a particular focus on women, young people and children.

The project provides for the establishment of the Centre for the Integration of Foreigners in KielceI NTEURO and the provision of support in the field of social integration, legalisation of residence, education and professional activation for 2,000 citizens (from non-EU countries).

The project was selected for implementation as a result of the outcome of call for proposals 9.3 Active social and professional integration of citizens of non-EU countries No. FESW.09.03-IZ.00-001/23 organised by the Marshall Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The total value of the project is PLN 2,847,400.00, of which the EU grant is PLN 2,634,825.00, and is implemented by the Association Integration Europe-East in partnership with the Voivodeship Labour Office in Kielce.

As part of the activities of the Centre for Integration of Foreigners INTEURO, FREE support is planned through:

1. A stationary and mobile information point at Sienkiewicza Street 78A in Kielce and a hotline for foreigners. Here, in addition to psychological and counselling assistance, one can obtain comprehensive information on, inter alia, the legalisation of stay in Poland, the functioning of the Polish social and educational system, health care, tax and legal requirements. Assistance will also include help with basic living needs;
2. Polish language courses for organised groups of foreigners, at various levels;
3. Psychological support;
4. Compensatory classes for children;
5. Law advice;
6. Document translations;
7. Cyclical integration classes and individual support in the form of e.g. cultural workshops, sightseeing tours presenting the region's assets, youth discussion forums, NGO activation workshops, business workshops, consultations with a psychologist.
8. Supporting business through training and counselling for people planning to set up their own business in Poland.
9. Job placement, career counselling and training vouchers to support career planning and assimilation into the Polish labour market with the support of advisors from the Voivodeship Labour Office in Kielce.
